Good ol' British weather. There I was all ready for some picnic fun times (and dressed like a picnic blanket, obvs) when the grey clouds came rollin' in and the winds started swirling. Fair to say my pasty pins weren't a fan on the turn in weather and a new attire was in order shortly after I captured these snaps.
Now can we please take a moment for the bag (one photo is enough for the moment, expect to see it ALOT). After lusting after it for a good year or so, on a trip to New York in February I decided to finally bite the bullet and part with an eye watering amount of money in order to own the bag of my materialistic dreams. In my mind I could (just about) justify the purchase by reminding myself that black and white are classic, sure to never go out of fashion. It doesn't have any strange seasonal hardware like tassels, studs or spikes that are sure to go out of fashion by the time you've given the item one airing. So yes, it is super simple. Yes, you could probably buy a very similar one in somewhere like Zara, but I don't care because I love it.
Hey is there any chance you would sell your jacket to me? I know this is a long shot but absolutely love and need in my life:)
ReplyDeleteHello! I'm afraid this coat is staying firmly in my wardrobe, I love it too! There is a similar one on Asos on sale at the moment though here: http://www.asos.com/asos/asos-duster-coat-with-belt/prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=3647510&clr=Olive&SearchQuery=duster
